How do I get a quote for my Cabinets?

Stock Cabinets

Getting a quote is simple. Start by choosing the product line you are interested in, whether stock or custom. From there, you can add the cabinets you need, such as base, wall, or tall cabinets, in the appropriate sizes directly to your cart. Once all items are added, your cart total automatically serves as your quote. Check out our step-by-step video guide on how to build your cart and create a quote.

If you are not sure which line is the best fit, take a look at our stock cabinet collections: White Shaker, White Modern, White Transitional, White Classic, Blue and Green, Black, Gray, Light Tone, Mid Tone, Dark Wood. These pages give you an easy side-by-side view of 10 X 10 Sample Kitchen Pricing through our comparison charts, as well as other specs and info.

Hybrid & Custom Cabinets

We have a Cost Estimator for both Custom and Hybrid cabinets. Enter the total linear footage of your project, and use the dropdowns to make your selections on different options. This will show you an estimation on overall costs and how different options may affect those costs.

If you would like more support, we also offer a refundable design service for stock, hybrid, and custom cabinetry to give you a floor plan, elevation view, 3D rendering, and quote. Choose the one that fits your project: Stock Design Service, Hybrid Design Service, or Custom Design Service. Our expert designers will guide you through the process, create a layout based on your space measurements, and prepare a detailed quote for you.

With these options, you can either explore on your own or work with our team for added guidance. Either way, you will have a clear and accurate quote to begin planning your next project.

Why Are Shipping Fees Higher Than Expected?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size of your order (including whether any items are 96" or longer, which require a double pallet) and the total weight. We do not make any profit from shipping, and final rates are determined by the freight carriers, not by us. To receive an accurate shipping quote, please add all desired items to your cart and select the delivery option that works best for you.

There are a few different ways to have your orders delivered. Residential delivery means the order will be brought directly to your home, and an adult over the age of 21 must be present to sign for the pallets; this service also requires a liftgate to lower the pallet from the truck. Residential deliveries are made curbside only. This means the orders will be placed at the curb, not carried inside the home. Destination terminal pickup is a cost-saving option where you collect your order from a local freight terminal, typically located within a 40 mile radius of your address. Commercial delivery is intended for business locations equipped with a loading dock or a forklift, so a liftgate is not required.

Do You Provide Installation Instructions or Videos?

Yes! We provide assembly instructions for our cabinets. While instructions may not always be included inside the cabinet boxes, you can find them on our website.

To find additional instructions on our website, visit the product page of the cabinet you purchased. Under the description and photo, look for Additional Resources: Assembly Instruction. Click it to open a PDF guide or a step-by-step video.

If instructions are missing from the box and not listed online, call us or email [email protected]. We have YouTube resources for nearly every cabinet style and we are happy to help.

What Happens If an Item Is on Backorder?

In some cases, certain items may be temporarily out of stock or on backorder. If that happens, our team will notify you right away with the estimated restock dates and available options. You can choose to have us hold your order until all items are in and ship everything together, or we can send the available items first and ship the remaining ones separately at no extra cost. If you’d rather not wait, we can also refund the out-of-stock items or apply a store credit for future use. In some cases, we may offer a similar substitute to help keep your project on schedule.

Whatever you choose, we’ll clearly communicate ETAs and next steps to make sure your order is handled as smoothly as possible.

What is the difference between face-frame and frameless cabinets?

Framed Frameless
Framed cabinets have a solid wood frame attached to the front of the cabinet box, adding strength and giving a more traditional, American look. Doors mount to the frame, leaving small reveals for a classic, inset appearance. This style is common in traditional and transitional kitchens. Frameless (European-style) cabinets have no front frame. Doors mount directly to the box sides for a clean, modern, seamless look with minimal gaps. With no face frame, you gain slightly easier access and a bit more usable interior space, which suits contemporary designs.

Can I Make Changes to My Order After It’s Placed?

Yes. We are always willing to make any necessary changes to ensure your order is complete and accurate. If you need to add an item, please contact our office by email or phone with the details of what is needed. As long as the item is in stock and your order has not yet been picked up by the freight carrier, we can update it for you.

Any additions will require price approval by email before your payment method on file can be charged. If you need to remove an item and receive a refund, we can assist with that as well. Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank.

We are flexible and able to accommodate most changes, so please do not hesitate to reach out if you need assistance with your order.
