File a Claim

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, but sometimes mistakes happen. Whether it's the shipping company or a mistake on our end, we want to know. Below are the most common reasons to file a claim. You can file your claim below or email with your order number in the subject line. 

All claims must contain photo evidence of the issue, in order for us to process them. We will get back to you in one business day.

Damaged Shipment

If your shipment is damaged either on delivery or pick up (terminal pick up), then immediately take pictures. Upon arrival your pallet should look like the photo below (Fig 1). Once you have photos, you have two options: you can choose to sign for it and see if there is any damage to the cabinets themselves, in most cases the cabinets have received no damage. Your second option is to not sign for them, and submit a claim with us including the photos of the damaged pallet. 

Damaged Cabinet

If you begin to unpack your cabinets and find any damage to your cabinets, stop and immediately take pictures. DO NOT assemble the damaged cabinets, as we cannot replace any assembled cabinets. Unpack all of your order to make sure you have record of all damaged pieces. Submit your claim below. Make sure to attach all photos you have.

Missing / Incorrect Item(s)

If you notice that something is missing from your order, and the pieces you received don't match your receipt, open a new claim below. Let us know what is missing or incorrect.

What To Do Next:

Click the button below to open a new ticket. Select what kind of claim you are submitting (custom or stock), and then fill out the fields. Please make sure to include your order number. Once submitted you will be able to attach photos of the damages. We will get back to you the next business day.

Submitting A Claim / Attaching Photos

1. Click the Submit Your Claim button above, and you'll be taken to the page pictured below. Fill out the fields, making sure to select which type of claim you're submitting (Stock or Custom). Also, please include your order number in the subject box. Then hit "Submit."

2. Once you have submitted you'll be sent to the page pictured below. Here you can add an attachment to your now opened ticket, and then hit Submit. We will be able to then view those photos in our system.

3. If you need to come back to your open ticket for any reason, you can find it by clicking the Claims tab (Fig. 4), and then clicking View My Existing Tickets. You will be sent to My Tickets, where you can view any/all open tickets you may have (Fig 5).
