Returns / Warranty

Custom Cabinets: are not eligible for cancellations, returns or exchanges.

Stock Cabinet Returns: must be requested within 7 days of receiving. All unopened items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All opened items and cabinet accessories cannot be returned.
*All returns are subject to manager approval.*

Stock Cabinet Cancellation: orders can be cancelled, free of charge, if the order status is not marked "Processing."
If it is already Processing there is a 15% restocking fee to cancel.

WARRANTY POLICY: Our cabinets are covered for one year for manufacturer defects only.
