Return & replacement

We believe in 'common sense' customer service, by which we mean that if we mess up, we take care of it and we ask you, the customers, to understand your part of the responsibility as well.



When it comes to returning hundreds of pounds of cabinet units, the key points to keep in mind is as follow -

You have 7 business days to report any missing or damaged items in your order

You can return any unopened or resell-able cabinet unit for credit with re-stocking fee (15% / 25%) deducted

Samples, accessories, custom made or modified items are not eligible for return

Items that have already been assembled are not eligible for return

Return / replacement as a result of shipping damage

If you notice that your freight shipment is visibly damaged, take pictures of the damaged and call us immediately at 951-547-1669. We will guide you to either reject the whole shipment (very rare) or accept the shipment with detailed damage notes on the receipts before you sign it. We will need the damage pictures and noted shipping receipt sent to us by e-mail. If you do accept the shipment, you are still responsible to thoroughly check the entire order within 7 days of the delivery. You will then send ONE replacement list in writing with associated images to customerservice@domaincabinets.com with e-mail subject as "Order #8xxxxxx [your order number] Claim and Replacement List".

Return / replacement as a result of our omission

If what we ship out does not match what you ordered, please send e-mail with images to customerservice@domaincabinets.com with e-mail subject as "Order #8xxxxx [your order number] Claim - Missing Items / Order Discrepancy". Please do so within 7 days of the delivery. We will cover the replacement shipment cost.

Return / replacement as a result of your omission

If you placed order online and later find out that you want to return and/or replace some items, you can do so by paying return shipping cost. After we receive the items and conduct the inspection, we will issue refund for all resell-able items minus the re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee is 15% for any un-opened items and 25% for any opened but resell-able items. We do not accept returns for any samples, accessories, assembled items, or any custom / modified items.
